Workwear Branding Methods
Depending on the type of garment and the desired visual effect, we offer several methods of branding workwear, corporate clothing and protective apparel. The choice of the most suitable method depends on the fabric, intended use and design requirements. Printed transfers are ideal for colourful logos and detailed graphics, while computer embroidery is a premium solution valued for its elegant appearance and exceptional durability.
DTF Printing
We use modern DTF (Direct To Film) technology to produce highly detailed prints with vibrant colours and excellent resistance to everyday wear. This method is perfect for applying company logos, employee names, numbering and promotional graphics to workwear.
At BHP-ex, every DTF print is heat-pressed twice, significantly increasing its durability. This process improves resistance to washing, abrasion and intensive use, ensuring the branding maintains its professional appearance for a long time.
DTF printing can be applied to virtually any type of garment, including waterproof jackets, rainwear, softshell jackets, fleece garments, sweatshirts, T-shirts, high-visibility vests and many other types of corporate clothing.
Computer Embroidery
Computer embroidery is the most prestigious method of garment branding. It offers an elegant appearance together with outstanding resistance to repeated washing and intensive everyday use. It is particularly well suited for fleece jackets, sweatshirts, work jackets, shirts and premium corporate clothing, enhancing the professional image of your company.
For technical reasons, we do not recommend embroidery on waterproof garments or most softshell fabrics. Since embroidery requires the fabric to be pierced by a needle, it may compromise the waterproof membrane and cause leakage around the embroidered area. In such cases, we strongly recommend choosing DTF printing instead.
