Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on product availability and the selected payment method. For products in stock, orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the moment payment is received or order confirmation is received.
For custom-made, personalized, or temporarily unavailable products, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays by email or phone.
Orders placed on weekdays after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and courier company. Standard delivery time within Poland is usually 1 to 3 business days from shipment.
For international deliveries, delivery time may be longer and depends on the destination country and carrier.
The store is not responsible for delays resulting from courier companies, incorrectly provided address details, or unforeseen events beyond the seller's control.
