Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on product availability and the selected payment method. For products that are in stock, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received or the order has been confirmed.
For made-to-order, personalised or temporarily unavailable products, the processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed about any delays by e-mail or telephone.
Orders placed on business days after 2:00 PM, during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and courier service. Standard delivery within Poland usually takes between 1 and 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
For international shipments, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination country and the carrier.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer or unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's control.
